In November 2024, Northwest Indian College and Lummi Library played host to a 3D replica of the Billy Frank Jr. Statue on its way to D.C. The statue project began as a House Bill to send a statue of Billy Frank Jr. to the National Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C.
